Emerald Bay Cruise TahoeAn Independent Guide Check Availability

Affiliate Disclosure

This site is free to read because of affiliate commissions. This page explains how that works and what it does not touch. The cruises themselves are set side by side on the Emerald Bay cruise page.

The Short Version

If you book through one of our links, the platform may pay us a commission. You pay the same price you would pay on the platform directly.

We are not a cruise line, a tour company, a travel agency or a booking platform. We sell nothing, take no payment and act as nobody's agent.

Who Does What

Each cruise on this site is run by a boat company on Lake Tahoe and sold through GetYourGuide or Viator. The operator, the platform and the product number are shown on every cruise page so you can open the listing yourself.

The operator runs the boat, the captain, the dock and the daily schedule. Wind, storms and lake conditions can change or cancel a cruise, and the captain makes that call. The platform takes your payment, sends the confirmation and applies the cancellation terms shown at checkout. Refunds are handled by the operator or the platform, not by us.

What Commission Does Not Change

Positions, badges and wording are not for sale. The pick is chosen on the columns of the comparison table, not on the commission. When a cruise stops running or its terms get worse, the page changes whether or not it earns.

The Networks We Use

GetYourGuide links carry our partner code and a campaign tag for this site. Viator links carry our partner code and this domain as the campaign. Links to the operators and other official sources are plain links and earn nothing.
